What happens if i do drugs at the pool party?
No illegal substances are permitted on board or at any venue of Utopia Parties, failure to adhere to this, the authorities will be notified. Failure to comply with the above, may result in ejection or refusal of entry to the event.
How much time in advance do i have to be there?
Guests must arrive to check in on time to secure their places, check in close 30 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. We operate a standby list for extra places, if pre-booked guests are not present at check in . they may find their places reallocated to guests on standby and these tickets will not be refundable.
Can i cancel my booking?
Online reservations for the boat party can be cancelled up to one month prior to the original reservation date with no penalty incurred. Any bookings cancelled after this date will be subject to a 50% deduction of the total booking cost. Any cancellations within 48 hours of departure for any reason will incur a 100% cost penalty unless for medical reasons where medical documentation will be required.
All deposits are non-refundable in any and all circumstances except in the case of medical emergency. Documented proof of any injury or illness will be required to process any deposit refund.
Can i modify my booking?
Any modifications to existing orders can be made up to one week prior to the original booking date at no penalty including change of date, addition of extra guest/s, and addition of any bundled or upsold products. Any cancellations relating to individual guests are subject to the terms set in condition

Pool Party Mission
I've gone with my friends. We were looking for a Pool Party but couldn't find one, so we've stumbled upon\r\nthis one and no regret! You'll feel like you're really on vacation :)

We had a great time! We were 11 girls...
We had a great time! We were 11 girls for a bachelorette party and we had a lot of fun.
We had read comments that they meet you at a bar 2 hours before the ship leaves and that they have you in the sun, and it is half true, they meet you at 3 pm (the ship leaves at 5 pm) but they do not force you to be there, if you arrive later nothing happens, and they don't have you in the sun. There are awnings and an interior bar.
They give you a free drink until you get to the boat, and then there's unlimited booze on the boat for the whole afternoon. If you pay more, you have a bracelet with top brand alcohol, but cheap alcohol.
In the middle of the afternoon you can bathe in the sea, for a long time.
The very professional staff, all the time waiting for everything to go well, and the entertainer very funny.

Surprise for good.
Surprise for good. After reading reviews that it was not what was promised, we were a little scared. We were on a bachelorette party, they called us at 3pm, we were having lunch at a nearby place and we asked and they told us that nothing was happening, that we did not leave until 4:30pm on the way to the ship so we did not arrive until that time, they invited us to a drink. The boat was bigger than we expected and the workers were super attentive so that no one who was more out of date broke the rules. The music is the same, we expected techno-house because of how it started, but they put on everything. Cool.

Awful There are no standard tickets just VIP.
Awful - utter scam.
There are no standard tickets just VIP. You get told you'll be segregated on the boat but the boat is so small it'd be impossible.
Get told to be at a bar for 2pm. They've just dragged you in there to spend money. We didn't leave till gone 4pm, was meant to start at 3pm. Was about a 15 min drive to the coast the other side (weird?!)
No champagne or premium spirits as promised.. just some Spanish vodka and cheap mixers.
Is not like a Pool Party you'd get in other countries.
The owners are just taking the p*ss and rinsing people for money and dont they go on about it as well.
Do not waste your money on this

1.You are required to observe and comply with all rules and regulations of the venue/s and all instructions given to you by the event staff. Normal statutory rules and regulations apply and would be observed.
2. All guests must be minimum 18 years of age, a copy of your ID will be required. If we believe a guest is underage, we will refuse entry. If refused entry, the guest will not receive a refund.

7. You acknowledge if you cause any damage to any of the venues of Utopia Parties that Utopia Parties will not be liable, and the third party will seek to recover costs. You acknowledge and accept that Utopia Parties will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential costs, claims, actual or alleged losses howsoever arising out of or in connection with this event.
8. You agree to be filmed and/or photographed at any point during the event and your likeness to be used for promotional purposes in print and/or online marketing materials including social media. All pictures and video footage are stored by a media team employed by Pindoria Viajes S.L. Anyone who wants any footage removing should write to info@tenerifeboat.party. All footage is stored on secured servers for a 12 month period then destroyed permanently.
9. Utopia Parties accept not responsibility for theft, loss or misuse of this ticket and our agreement with you is based upon the current Spanish Law. By presenting this ticket to board or enter the event you and your group are accepting the above terms and conditions and our entry policy outlined here at https://tenerifepool.party.
